Terms & Conditions SECTION
A registration fee of Rs. 1200 is applicable for any type of project. This fee is non-refundable.
* If payment is received for a project, the client may cancel the project within 7 days of delivery and receive a refund upon submission of a cancellation request. Refunds may be subject to deduction of third-party charges. * Additional fees will apply for any new features or modifications requested after project delivery.
All intellectual property rights related to the project developed shall belong to DexaByte InfoTech.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the project.
DexaByte InfoTech shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the project.
Any disputes arising from the project shall be resolved through mutual negotiation or, if necessary, through arbitration in accordance with the applicable laws.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website.
Either party may terminate the project upon written notice if the other party breaches any material terms and fails to rectify the breach within a reasonable period.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
The failure of either party to enforce any right or provision of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
DexaByte InfoTech shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, or natural disasters.
