This Shipping Policy applies only to physical products (hardware, IoT devices, branded merchandise). Our primary services (web development, software, cloud solutions) are digital and delivered electronically without physical shipping.

We partner with reputed logistics providers including FedEx, DHL, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure reliable delivery.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

- Selected shipping method (Standard/Express)
- Value of contents (insurance)
All shipping costs are displayed before order confirmation and are non-refundable. Free shipping may be available for orders above ₹25,000 within India.

6. International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for:
- Import duties and taxes
- Customs clearance fees
- Any additional charges imposed by destination country
These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are collected by the courier or customs office. DexaByte is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Important: We are not liable for packages lost or damaged after dispatch. All shipments are insured up to the declared value.
In case of issues:
- Contact the courier immediately with your tracking number
- File a claim with the shipping provider within 48 hours
- Notify us at support@dexabyteinfotech.com for assistance
We will provide necessary documentation to support your claim but cannot guarantee compensation from the courier.
