1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the DexaByte InfoTech website, services, APIs, or any related products (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
- You meet the age requirement
- You have the authority to bind your organization (if representing a company)
- All information you provide is accurate and complete
- Your use of Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations
3. Services Provided
DexaByte InfoTech provides the following professional IT services:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to affected clients.
4. Intellectual Property
Our Property
All content, designs, code, trademarks, and materials on our website remain our property. This includes proprietary frameworks, libraries, and tools developed by DexaByte.
Client Ownership
Upon full payment, ownership of custom-developed work (specific to your project) is transferred to you. This excludes third-party tools, open-source libraries, and our proprietary frameworks.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of client data and project information. All team members sign NDAs, and we can execute mutual NDAs upon request.
5. Client Responsibilities
As our client, you agree to:

3Make payments as per agreed milestones and timelines

4Respect intellectual property rights and not misuse delivered work

5Obtain necessary rights/licenses for any third-party materials you provide
6. Payment Terms
Standard Payment Structure
Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Cheque. All payments are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in project agreements.
Late Payment: Interest of 1.5% per month may be charged on overdue amounts. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts overdue by more than 30 days.
7. Limitation of Liability
Important Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DexaByte InfoTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, etc.).
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of our services. You use our services at your own risk.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice.
We may immediately terminate or suspend your access to services without notice if:
- You violate these Terms
- You fail to make payment when due
- Your conduct damages our reputation or business
- You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due. Pro-rata refunds may be considered for prepaid unused services at our discretion.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bijnor, Uttar Pradesh, India.
We encourage amicable resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or service offerings.
Notification: Material changes will be notified via:
- Email to registered clients
- Notice on our website
- Update to the "Effective Date" at the top of this page
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using our services.
